Visitor Photography and Filming

Rules for Photography and Filming in the Church of St. Margaret During Tours and Events

1. Within the church premises, taking photographs and video recordings for personal use is permitted only for visitors on a paid tour, provided they fully respect the sacred nature of the building and are considerate of others present. The use of drones is strictly prohibited.

2. Indoor photography is possible only without the use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks, or any other lighting or auxiliary equipment.

3. Photographing staff members (e.g., guides or organizers) without their consent is not allowed.

4. Taking photographs and audiovisual recordings for public presentation or commercial use is subject to prior approval from the site management. A written request must be submitted, specifying the date and further details of the planned shoot.

5. During tours or concerts within the church, visitors should note that photo or video documentation of the event may be taken. These materials may be used primarily for informational and promotional purposes. The documentation focuses mainly on the event as a whole, not on individuals. If you do not consent, you may contact the organizer.

The processing of any personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and privacy policies.
